How do I update my information in Active Directory?
ADSelfService Plus offers an easy-to-use interface through which you can update your Active Directory profile information.
Follow the steps given below and keep your profile always up-to-date!
- Log in to ADSelfService Plus’ user portal, and go to the Profile tab. Update your profile image and information such as mobile number, email ID, department, etc.
- Click Update.

Note:
- Your administrator can choose not to allow changes in any or all fields in My Info section.
- If you want to update any of the greyed out fields in the My Info tab, contact your administrator.
- The fields marked with a red asterisk [*] are deemed mandatory by your administrator.
